Bio:

Composer and Pianist specialised in improvisation and solo performances. I received formal education in Italy (Piano Diploma at Milan Conservatory) and United States (Master’s Degree, Washington State University). I live in London where I am Creative Director and Piano Teacher at the London Contemporary School of Piano.

Currently active projects: Piano Solo (original compositions), Chopin Off Script (contemporary adaptation for Jazz Quintet of Chopin’s music).

As an independent artist I have always been into classical and jazz: improvisation is the way I merged the two. My albums and public performances aim at exploring the link between written and improvised music across genres. Past projects include: Improvisations on Bach, Music for Contemporary Dancers, Art and Improvisation.
